Explore the projectDifferent experience. A shared interest in the work.

Our experience spans management, marketing, sales, development and automation. We look at each challenge from several perspectives, discuss the options and work together to find a solution that fits your business.
We share what we know: explain our decisions, pass on experience and help your team learn new skills. We want you to leave our work together with both useful tools and a clear understanding of how to move forward.
We value working relationships where we can ask questions openly, talk about difficulties and find answers together. That is where getting to know HelloHello.one begins.
Let’s get acquaintedThese are the goals we design processes around and assess during implementation.
Managers have a next step, a deadline and the authority to act. A deal does not wait for your message.
The team lead runs the morning meeting with clear priorities, tasks and owners.
The team follows an agreed client process and knows when to involve a manager.
Metrics follow shared definitions, with a traceable source for every figure.
We map the customer journey online and offline: at each step, the channel, what the person sees, what they do next and where they leave. We bring all channels into one table with tags and funnels. The output is loss points in numbers, not opinions.

We design the site structure and clickable prototypes of key pages, including mobile. We write the technical specification: forms and fields, what goes into CRM, payments and access delivery, tags and analytics events. The contractor only has to build it; we guide the process to the result.

We deploy CRM funnels for every product, mandatory deal fields and a structured list of rejection reasons. Messengers, email and telephony with call recordings live in one window; a missed call creates a task. Unpaid-order reminders after one hour, one day and three days work without manager involvement.

Conversation scenarios for your funnel: the “You” approach, objection handling, up-sell and cross-sell. We define the lead-processing procedure: response time, what to say and what to do when payment is missing. We train the team and support it for a month.

We connect motivation to funnel stages: progressive bonuses, control checklists and mystery shopping. We set up weekly and monthly reports for leads, payments, conversion, revenue and acquisition cost by source. The manager sees what they are paid for; you see what you are paying for.

Roles and permissions around tasks: Hunters and Farmers, project manager, technical support, experts and partners. Instructions for every role, unpaid-order procedures and partner compensation. The system is held together by process, not your manual control.

6 modules: structure, hiring, KPI, scripts, control.
